If you know Ithaca, you know Purity is a favorite cornerstone of our community with some serious history. Sweet treats can pull at the heartstrings more than you’d ever imagine… every customer that comes in has a story to tell, from fond childhood memories of after-church Sunday sundaes, to family outings, favorite flavors, and first dates. I’m helping Purity share those stories by documenting the day-to-day ice cream routine and sharing customer stories.
